one head is 1/2" male thread, another head is 1/2" female thread with gasket and the nut is rotatable.
This product is design for connecting bath tub faucet and water filters.
You can connect the filter with this connector first and then combined them with batch tub faucet by rotating the nut of our connector.
No need to rotate the whole product with filter.
